Умови використання LinkCRM

1. Сервіс
LinkCRM — CRM-система для бізнесу, яку надає ФОП Хлістунов Андрій Анатолійович (Україна). Сервіс дає змогу компаніям отримувати й обробляти повідомлення з Instagram, Viber, Telegram і WhatsApp, вести угоди та обмінюватися даними з 1С. Умови надання, вартість і строки для кожної компанії визначаються окремим договором.
2. Підключення Instagram
Компанія підключає лише ті професійні акаунти Instagram, якими вона володіє або керує на законних підставах, і сама надає LinkCRM дозволи через вхід Instagram. Доступ можна відкликати будь-коли — див. «Видалення даних».
3. Обов'язки компанії
- дотримуватися правил Meta, зокрема Умов платформи, Правил для розробників і правил обміну повідомленнями Instagram, включно з 24-годинним вікном відповіді;
- не використовувати LinkCRM для спаму, масових розсилок без згоди отримувачів чи незаконного контенту;
- забезпечити законну підставу для обробки даних своїх покупців і відповідати на їхні запити щодо даних.
4. Доступність
Ми докладаємо розумних зусиль для безперебійної роботи сервісу, але не гарантуємо її у випадках, що залежать від Meta, інших платформ, постачальників зв'язку чи серверів компанії.
5. Відповідальність
Сервіс надається «як є». Ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки, втрачену вигоду чи наслідки дій або бездіяльності сторонніх платформ. Сукупна відповідальність обмежується сумою, сплаченою компанією за останні три місяці.
6. Застосовне право
Ці умови регулюються законодавством України.

LinkCRM Terms of Service
Effective September 25, 2026
1. The service
LinkCRM is a CRM system for businesses provided by sole proprietor Andrii Khlistunov (Ukraine). The service lets businesses receive and handle messages from Instagram, Viber, Telegram and WhatsApp, manage deals and exchange data with 1C. Terms, pricing and service levels for each business are set out in a separate agreement.
2. Connecting Instagram
A business connects only Instagram professional accounts it owns or lawfully manages, and grants LinkCRM permissions itself via Instagram Login. Access can be revoked at any time — see Data Deletion.
3. Business obligations
- comply with Meta's rules, including the Platform Terms, Developer Policies and Instagram messaging policies, including the 24-hour response window;
- not use LinkCRM for spam, bulk messaging without recipients' consent, or unlawful content;
- have a lawful basis for processing its customers' data and respond to their data requests.
4. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but cannot guarantee availability where it depends on Meta, other platforms, network providers or the business's own servers.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the consequences of actions or failures of third-party platforms. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the business for the last three months.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
